Workspaces

A workspace holds your team’s email verification data and configuration. You can own or join multiple workspaces with one UnwrapEmail account, while keeping each workspace’s members, contacts, jobs, API tokens, usage, and subscription separate.

Open the workspace picker to see the workspaces you belong to or create a new one.

Workspace Personal account
Display name and workspace ID Your display name, sign-in email, and account ID
Members, invitations, and roles Your memberships across workspaces
Contacts, bulk operations, and exports Your sign-in session
API tokens, custom domain blacklist, and analytics Profile settings and account deletion
Subscription and validation usage Access to the workspaces you have joined

Use separate workspaces when projects, clients, or environments need different data, team access, or subscriptions. Creating another token in the same workspace gives an integration its own credential, but it still accesses that workspace’s data.

Select a workspace before opening its settings. The available actions depend on your role.

Task Dashboard location
Create or open a workspace Manage workspaces in the workspace menu
Rename a workspace or copy its ID Settings → General
Invite people, change roles, or transfer ownership Settings → Members
Review billing or accept billing responsibility Settings → Billing
Leave or delete a workspace Settings → Advanced
Change your personal display name or delete your account Profile in the account menu

Workspace administration remains accessible without an active subscription, subject to your role. Opening a workspace’s overview without an active subscription takes you to subscription setup.

Every API token belongs to the workspace where it was created. REST requests and MCP tools use that token’s workspace. Switching workspaces in the dashboard does not change an existing token’s scope.

Owners and admins can create tokens in Settings → API Tokens. Use a token from the intended workspace for each integration. API tokens cannot manage workspace membership, ownership, or billing; use your signed-in dashboard session for those tasks.

Tokens remain with the workspace when their creator leaves. When removing someone’s access, also review any integration credentials they held. Removing a membership does not revoke workspace tokens.
