Contact details

Additional person and company details appear automatically for saved contacts. Open Contacts → All, then use View details in a row’s action menu to inspect the information and its sources.

Details come from first-party websites and Wikidata. A person requires an exact published email match; a domain alone is never proof of employment. Shared addresses and common consumer mail providers have limited applicable sources. Fields without reliable evidence stay empty, and some contacts will have no additional details.

The Contact column shows a profile photo on the left, with the name above the email beside it. Photos come from the person’s public website profile when an exact email match is available. Initials appear if there is no photo or it cannot load. Your saved name takes priority; a verified public name is shown when the saved name is empty.

  • Pending: waiting for additional details. If a source is temporarily unavailable, we check again automatically.
  • Available: person or company details were found.
  • Not found: no reliable additional details were found.
  • Updating: the previous details are being refreshed after 30 days.

These details do not change your saved names. Editing an email clears the associated details and schedules a fresh check. Deleting a contact removes its additional details. A completed refresh replaces old information with the current result.

Authenticated contact responses include version, enrichment, enrichedAt, and enrichmentState. version is null while a check is pending or refreshing and becomes v1 after completion, including when enrichment.status is no_match. These fields are read-only.

New CSV exports append person fields, company fields, status/time, and source information after the original contact columns. Profile links and sources are JSON-formatted cells. Previously created export jobs keep their original CSV layout.

Checks request public website pages and send the exact email identifier to Wikidata when a person lookup applies. Profile photos load directly from their public source without sending the dashboard page address. Additional details are retained with the contact; every discovered field includes a source link and the time it was checked.
